- Print off the shipping label(s). This would have been attached to the 'FreePost Label' email we sent you.
- Print off your order booklet (you need to click the 'ORDER BOOKLET' link which is also in the same email we sent the label in).
- Fill in the Faults/Details section of your order booklet.
The shipping labels will attached files named Shipping_Label1.pdf etc
Filling the faults section will speed up the testing stage so you get your payment even quicker.
- Put all of the items in a parcel box whilst making use of bubble wraps old news papers to cushion them.
- Put the order booklet inside the box, seal it up and cellotape your shipping label on the box.
Your order booklet is what we use to primarily identify your order when it reaches us.
You can always cut and cellotape smaller boxes together to make a bigger box.
Shipping your item with the original box? Please wrap it using e.g an old newspaper in order to conceal it.
Please ensure that you sign out of your iCloud account on all the device you send or we will be unable to process them.
- With your parcel(s) all boxed up, you will need to take them to your nearest UPS access point.
- Please click here to find out the nearest UPS drop-off point to you.
- Once dropped off, you can sit back and relax, your payment will be with you shortly. We will send you an sms once your parcel arrives and when you get paid.
UPS parcel shops are usually lesss than a mile away from you and they are open till as late as 10pm everyday including weekends.
We will send you reminder texts and emails about dropping your parcel off.
Do not take your parcel to the ryalmail post office with a UPS label. it needs to be taken to a ups drop off point
